THE START WITH THE HEART PROCESS

The steps of the process are designed to give the best possible outcome while respecting your time and resources. The timeframe of the process is tailored to your specific needs and can be anything between 1 week to 1 month.

1. FREE CONSULTATION CALL

A Start with the Heart facilitator describes the process in more details and asks questions to get a deeper understanding of your business. The call is free. After the call you can choose to go on with the Start with the Heart process.

2. ANALYSIS

The purpose is to analyze what is on the Heart of each of your key team members/founders in regards to the business you are building. Through our online platform everyone gets to answer a number of vital questions as well as compare their own answers with others in the team to find commonalities and discrepancies . The questions touch Core beliefs, Core Values, Core Motivations, Purpose, Vision and Mission.
Before every set of questions is a short video introducing the thinking and framework behind the questions.

3. CLARITY

Your team comes for an all day workshop run by our experienced facilitator. The workshop is held in a creative environment at one of our workshop locations. The focus is on creating clarity on the Heart of your business, leading your team to be able to define its Core Beliefs, Core Values, Core Motivations, Purpose, Vision and Mission. It’s not about choosing some great sounding words like Transparency and Integrity, but about formulating how the things you believe in, see and value will shape your business decisions. It becomes a road map that helps you focus on the pursuits that truly matter to your future success. The workshop also provides your team with tools to create alignment around the Heart in the pursuits and activities of your business.

4. AGREEMENT

At the end of the full day workshop we take your team out for dinner. The purpose of the dinner is to mark and celebrate the agreement on the Heart of your business.

5. ALIGNMENT

After the workshop your team begins the vital work of creating alignment around the Heart of your business with the help of the Heart Management framework. Creating alignment is a long term process that needs to be a continual focus in your team. To help you on that journey we book two follow up calls. The calls help keep your team accountable and give you the opportunity to ask questions to an experienced change facilitator regarding your specific process. The first call takes place about 1,5 month after the workshop and the second call about three months after.
